Agents are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of the listings they publish, including pricing, availability, photos, and property details. Listings that are fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful may be removed.

You agree not to misuse the platform — including scraping, attempting to gain unauthorized access, posting unlawful content, or interfering with other users. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.
5. Inquiries and communications
When you contact an agent through a listing, your message and contact details are shared with that agent so they can respond. You are responsible for the content of your communications.

Listings and market information are provided “as is” for general information and do not constitute professional, legal, or financial advice. Verify all details independently before making any decision.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
