1. Information we collect
We collect the information you provide when you create an account (name, email, and an optional profile photo), the searches and favourites you save, inquiries you send to agents, and listings you publish as an agent.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to operate the platform: to authenticate you, show your saved searches and favourites, route inquiries to the relevant agent, send you new-listing and account notifications, and improve the service.
3. Sharing
When you contact an agent about a listing, your name, email, and message are shared with that agent so they can respond. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Email
We send transactional email such as verification and password-reset links, and notifications you have opted into. Verification email is required to activate your account.
5. Data retention & security
We retain your data while your account is active. Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text. Deleting your account removes your associated data, including favourites, saved searches, and inquiries.
6. Your choices
You can update your profile, manage saved searches and favourites, and request account deletion at any time from your account settings or by contacting support.
7. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
